Keypad backlighting typically relies on LEDs powered by a dedicated voltage regulator on the mainboard. Low voltage or signal attenuation may occur due to cable strain or connector oxidation.
Do NOT attempt to open the VEGA3000 casing. Doing so will likely trigger the device's anti-tamper mechanisms, rendering it permanently inoperable.
